- 2 oz white rum use dark rum for a deeper flavor
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz orange liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec

Add the cubed watermelon to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. For a smoother drink, strain the blended watermelon through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove pulp.
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine 4 oz of the fresh watermelon juice with rum, lime juice, and orange liqueur. Add a handful of ice and shake well for about 15–20 seconds.
Fill two glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice evenly. Garnish each drink with a lime wheel or mint sprig for a fresh finish. Serve immediately.
