Ingredients
  

For the Pudding:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 130 g sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 100 g vanilla pudding powder
  • 40 g butter

For the Cake:

  • 6 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 180 ml milk
  • 250 g yogurt
  • 30 ml oil
  • 600 g flour
  • 12 g baking powder

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pudding:

  • In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Let cool.

Make the Cake:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and salt until fluffy.
  • Add vanilla sugar, milk, yogurt, and oil. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.

Combine and Bake:

  • Pour half the cake batter into the prepared pan.
  • Spread the pudding evenly over it, then top with the remaining cake batter.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before serving. Enjoy!
