- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar adjustable based on sweetness preference

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
