- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced (button or cremini work great)

- ¼ tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 tbsp flour or matzo meal for thickening
- 1 tbsp paprika
- Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
