Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 8 fl oz Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 16 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 16 oz Ketchup
  • 12 oz Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup 8 fl oz Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 cup 8 fl oz Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ Dry Rub
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce adjust to your preferred spice level
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and corn syrup.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring with a whisk to dissolve the sugars completely. Once the sauce is simmering, whisk in the honey, dry rub, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and soy sauce.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce continue to simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. This allows the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature. It will thicken even more as it cools. Pour the cooled sauce into an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator.
