Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups vodka
  • 1 cup light rum
  • 8 cups lemonade
  • 2 ½ cups cranberry juice
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Cara Cara orange thinly sliced
  • Ice as needed

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing and slicing the Cara Cara orange into thin rounds. Rinse the raspberries gently under cold water and pat them dry. Set the fresh fruit aside.
  • In a large drink dispenser, punch bowl, or clean cooler, pour in the vodka, rum, lemonade, cranberry juice, orange juice, and pomegranate juice. Stir thoroughly to combine the ingredients evenly.
  • Gently add the sliced oranges, fresh raspberries, and pomegranate arils into the liquid mixture. These will add flavor, color, and a refreshing bite to the punch.
  • Add plenty of ice to the container to keep the jungle juice cold. You can also chill all the juices and alcohol ahead of time to reduce the need for excessive ice.
  • Ladle or pour the jungle juice into cups or glasses. Serve immediately while cold. Stir occasionally if fruit begins to settle.

Notes

Notes: For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the vodka and rum and replace with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda. Jungle juice is best served the day it’s made, but can be prepared a few hours ahead and stored chilled.
Adjust the strength by adding more juice or lemonade if you want it lighter. Add more fresh fruit like strawberries, pineapple, or lime slices for a tropical twist.
