  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup cream 120g
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp espresso powder
  • 3 tbsp milk whole or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add in the cream, powdered sugar, espresso powder, milk, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, or until the cake has risen and set in the center.
  • Let it cool for a minute before enjoying your delicious hot chocolate mug cake!
