Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Fireball Cinnamon Whisky
  • cups ketchup
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter at room temperature
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons pepper jelly any variety – red or jalapeño preferred

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper jelly, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Stir and Simmer:

  • Stir well until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add the Whisky and Butter:

  • Once simmering, pour in the Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and add the unsalted butter. Stir to combine.

Cook the Sauce:

  • Allow the sauce to simmer gently for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly and the flavors are well blended.

Cool and Store:

  • Remove from heat and let the sauce cool. Once cooled, transfer to a clean, airtight jar or bottle.
