Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml pineapple juice chilled
  • 1 cup coconut rum e.g., Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
  • 2 cups orange juice chilled
  • 250 ml coconut milk full-fat or light, depending on preference
  • 1 cup grenadine or cherry syrup
  • 2 cups ginger ale chilled

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, pour in the pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut rum, and coconut milk. Stir well until smooth and fully mixed.
  • Gently stir in the grenadine or cherry syrup. It will create a lovely layered effect if added slowly. Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale for a fizzy, refreshing twist. Stir lightly to combine without losing the bubbles.
  • Serve over ice in cocktail glasses. Garnish with an orange slice, cherry, or mini umbrella if desired. Sip and enjoy the tropical vibes!
