- 500 ml pineapple juice chilled
- 1 cup coconut rum e.g., Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum
- 2 cups orange juice chilled
- 250 ml coconut milk full-fat or light, depending on preference
- 1 cup grenadine or cherry syrup
- 2 cups ginger ale chilled
In a large pitcher, pour in the pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut rum, and coconut milk. Stir well until smooth and fully mixed.
Gently stir in the grenadine or cherry syrup. It will create a lovely layered effect if added slowly. Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale for a fizzy, refreshing twist. Stir lightly to combine without losing the bubbles.
