  • 1 cup cake flour

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips and chunks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • Cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar using an electric mixer or by hand, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cake flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips and chunks, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the center is still soft. Cool on the sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
