- 2 ½ cups ripe bananas about 5 medium bananas
- 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter softened
- 1 ¼ cups brown sugar packed
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
