Ingredients
  

  • 3 ultra-ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add melted butter, sugar, milk, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until fully combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture into the wet banana mixture. Stir gently until just combined, avoiding over mixing.
  • Fold in the chopped cranberries and walnuts or pecans evenly throughout the batter. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
