- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp honey optional for extra sweetness
- 1 cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp chili powder
Combine Ingredients:
In a medium saucepan, combine the apricot jam, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, honey (if using), ketchup, brown sugar, kosher salt, and chili powder.
