Ingredients
- 1 cup Everclear 190-proof, or use a slightly lower proof if preferred
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/4 cup cinnamon schnapps
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 gallon apple juice
Instructions
Prepare the Apple Cider Mixture
- In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider and apple juice. Heat the mixture over medium heat, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the brown sugar and allow it to dissolve completely.
