Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups apple cider fresh or store-bought
  • 1.5 ounces apple pie moonshine
  • 1 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 cup grain alcohol such as Everclear

Instructions
 

  • In a large saucepan, pour the apple cider and add the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and whole cloves. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat. Warm the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely and the cider is hot but not boiling. Stir occasionally to prevent the sugar from sticking to the bottom.
  • Once the cider mixture is hot, remove the pan from heat. Stir in the apple pie moonshine and the grain alcohol carefully, mixing well to blend all flavors.
  • For stronger spice flavors, cover the mixture and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. If desired, strain out the whole cloves before serving to avoid biting into them.
  • Pour the warm apple moonshine drink into mugs or heat-safe glasses. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a thin apple slice if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly.
