Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Grate fresh ginger (about 1 teaspoon) and juice half a lemon. In a mug, add 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar.
  • Pour in 1 cup of warm water (not boiling), followed by 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and the freshly grated ginger.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly until the honey dissolves and the ingredients are well combined.
  • Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the drink and give it one final stir. Drink the mixture while it is still warm, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning for best results.
