2large eggs

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
Prepare Apples and Bananas: Peel and finely dice the apple. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined. Stir in the melted butter (or oil) and vanilla extract.
Combine Banana Mixture: Add the mashed bananas to the sugar and egg mixture. Mix well until fully incorporated.
