Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Prepare the Dry Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil or butter. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

  • Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently fold everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. If you’re adding nuts or chocolate chips, fold them in at this stage.

Step 5: Bake the Banana Bread

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 6: Cool and Serve
